At Outernatia
All countries, except the host country, were required to qualify from two semi-finals in order to compete in the final; from each semi-final the top nine countries progressed to the final, and a tenth was determined by the International Jury. However, the International Jury ranked "Aýterek Günterek" first, and thus the song qualified for the final.
