Hosting

Saint Eva & Lepland hosted the contest, after their victory in ISC 7 with Kristina singing "Life is a Game". This was also the last time that SBC broadcast the contest; the expense of hosting the contest forced SBC to privatise, which excluded them from IBU membership. SealTV took over as the national broadcaster for ISC 10.
