Visa policy of Chruno
The visa policy of Chruno deals with the requirements which a foreign national wishing to enter Chruno must meet to obtain a visa, which is a permit to travel to, enter and remain in the country. Visitors to Chruno must obtain a Tourist Voucher from one of the Chrunian diplomatic representations unless they come from one of the visa-free countries.
Since the introduction of democracy in Chruno, the country had had visa-free regime for all visitors. However, as the government changed after the presidental elections in 2015, a new visa policy bill was passed in the Parliament on 30th October 2015 with 55 Yes to 5 No votes: (Law revised on 1/9/2017 - updated version farther below - the version from 30/10/2015 is partly invalid)
1. Visa required: for countries whose flags do not share a single color with Chruno's flag as well as all countries on the Waiting List, countries without a pot and previous members of ISC (since the introduction of the law) with exception to (ex)Pot 5 members.
2. Visa on arrival: for countries who are members of Pot 1, Pot 2, Pot 3, and Pot 4. How long the visa is valid depends on the pot - Pot 1 gets 18 days, Pot 2 36, Pot 3 54, Pot 4 72 visa-free days. A Tourist Voucher obtained online using one of the Chrunian diplomatic representations' (i.e. embassies) official sites must be provided when entering the country.
3. Visa-free: for countries members of the Pot 5 - 90 visa-free days.
Established members of the Pot 5, namely the citizens of Alteus, Auspikitan, Haven, Kaministiquia, Kimmystan, Ponásikwa, Pen Island and Sunetti, enjoy full visa-free access to Chruno and are allowed to work in the country without any further permissions (unlike the members of all other pots with the exception of Spitzenbergen and Lost Islands.
Citizens of Spitzenbergen and Lost Islands enjoy the same rights as established members of Pot 5 as a result of Eastern Islands Cooperation.
"Established members" are countries approved by the Chrunian Highest Court as constant and true members of the pot they share with Chruno. Any other Pot 5 country that has not been approved by the Court as an "Established member" uses the visa-free access for 90 days.
This Law is subject to update annually. The decisive representation is the pots division on the date of update. The next update is to follow on September 1, 2018.

Subject I
1. The article §1 Visa required is changed as following (changes in bold):

2. The article §2 Visa on arrival is changed as following (changes in bold):

Subject II
1. The article §4 Established members is changed as following:
The Article is completely abolished due to ChTV's internal pot changes. Thus, the Chrunian Highest Court shall not concern this Article anymore in its further decisions. As a result, the article §6 handling definition of Established members is abolished as well. So is the part of Article §5 handling a comparison that includes Established members.
2. The article §5 Eastern Islands Cooperation has not been revised and is therefore still in force.
No further changes have been made.
