The Internatia Song Contest -1 9 was the 9th edition of Internatia Song Contest -1, a spinoff of Internatia Song Contest dedicated to retro songs. The contest will be organized in Grolskira by GLTV and GrolSat for the first time, thanks to Ova Anova's offer for Grolskira to host ISC -1 for the first time in their time. Originally Grolskira came 3rd in last edition.

Participants

The following countries decided to take part in ISC -1 9.  Lettuce expressed their interest as well but later withdrew because of not filling in one of the most important requirements, simply because lack of time.
