Bartlett confirmed participation in the Outernatia Song Contest 38 in Kaministiquia with the song "Collide" by Leona Lewis and Avicii.

BASIC

Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC) announced that it will hold a national final, Bartlett Assembly of Songs for International Competitions or BASIC, aiming to select songs to compete in international competitions. For OSC 38, three songs were selected internally to compete, and the winner was selected from votes by international juries. After three weeks of voting, the international juries selected "Collide" by Leona Lewis and Avicii with 45.43% of total combined votes.

Bartlett was drawn to perform 4th in Semi-final 1, between the songs from Mărium and Auspikitan. It ranked fourth in the semi-final with 98 points, and was also ranked 7th by the International Juries.

Finals

Bartlett was drawn to perform 3rd in the final, between the songs from Kernow and Spinachia. It received 107 points, eventually ranking seventh at the end of the contest.
