Bartlett participated in the Internatia Song Contest 96 in Dramaskus, Zephyrus, with the song "Control" by Zoe Wees, internally selected by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC). They qualified for the final where they placed 23rd.

Semi-final
Bartlett was drawn to perform fifth in the First Semi-final, between the songs from Waticania and Faĺvarak. Placing seventh with 71 points, they qualified only for the eighth time (first time since ISC 92).
Final
Bartlett was drawn to perform 26th in the Final, between the songs from Saint Eva & Lepland and Bitland. They placed 23rd with 98 points, while receiving 12 points from Kimmystan and Kosma.
