Bartlett participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 60 in Abramea, Lahna, with the song "Nightmare" by Halsey, internally selected by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC). They qualified for the Final where they placed sixth.

Bartlett was drawn to open the Second Semi-final, preceding the song from Polland. They qualified for the final, placing fourth with 68 points.
Final
Bartlett was drawn to perform 17th in the Final, between the songs from Polland and Gaulia. They received 107 points to place sixth, their highest placing since OSC 47. They also got 12 points from Asankon, Auspikitan and Gaulia.
