Bartlett participated in the Internatia Song Contest 89 in Nék Menage, Ħanei Čaravāz with the song "Feel Special" by TWICE, selected by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC). They qualified for the Final where they placed 22nd.
Internal Selection
For its first anniversary in ISC, BarBC had planned a national final for ISC 89 consisting of returning artists for Bartlett. However, that was scrapped due to the hosting of JISC 42. As a result, BarBC has internally selected TWICE, previously participated for Bartlett in OSC 44, with their song "Feel Special."
At ISC 89
Semi-final
Bartlett was drawn to perform fifth in the Second Semi-final, between the songs from Aevis and Rata Sum. Placing sixth with 75 points, they qualified for the Final, marking Bartlett's fifth ISC finals appearance.
Final
Bartlett was drawn to perform 22nd in the Final, between the songs from Waticania and Pen Island. They placed 22nd over-all, getting 12 points from Enot'ebia and Rata Sum.
