Republica Libera participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 10 in Anibal, Gebze. The entry was selected through an internal selection, organised by broadcaster LRT. Cascada represented Republica Linera with the English language song "Night Nurse".
Cascada performed 18th in the running order, following Xara Khanate and preceding Zeme Kūku. At the close of the voting "Night Nurse" had received 50 points from 11 countries and the International Jury, placing 8th of 21 competing countries. .
