The Outernatia Song Contest 15 will be the 15th edition of the Outernatia Song Contest. The contest took place in Mirabella, Victoria and got hosted by the national broadcaster RTV. The winning country of the 13th edition 
Zephyrus with the song "Azizami", performed by Mahan Moin turned down hosting because of other broadcasting plans during the time of the event. This edition has gained notoriety for taking considerably longer than other editions of the contest to reach fruition, lasting nearly 2 months in its entirety.
The winner of this edition became 
Kimmystan with the song "Lifetime" performed by Nicole Sabouné, scoring 110 points in total. They beat 
Porielana in second by 3 points.

The OBU announced that it had invited Porielena to participate in the contest.
