The Outernatia Song Contest 15 was the fifteenth edition of the Outernatia Song Contest. The contest took place in Mirabella, Victoria and got hosted by the national broadcaster RTV. The winning country of the 13th edition Zephyrus with the song "Azizami", performed by Mahan Moin turned down hosting because of other broadcasting plans during the time of the event. This was the second time in with semi-finals format in the contest's history since their introduction in the 13th edition. Also this edition has gained notoriety for taking considerably longer than other editions of the contest to reach fruition, lasting nearly 2 months in its entirety.

The winner of this edition became Kimmystan with the song "Lifetime" performed by Nicole Sabouné, scoring 110 points in total. They beat Porielana in second by 3 points. Alteus became third with 105 points.

On 29 September 2015 , the national broadcaster RTV announced that it had chosen Mirabella as the host city for the contest. The contest will be held held at the Mirabella Arena, which hosted several editions of the Victorian Internal Selection. It has an overall capacity of approximately 25,000 people.

Mirabella

Mirabella is the capital city of Victoria and is located in Beverly Cake, the northwest part of Victoria. Mirabella is an important global city and financial centre with an urban population of 2.7 million. In the city you can eat traditional Victorian food like a lot of cookies and cakes. You can find the best bakeries of Outernatia there. The most popular product is of course “Beverly Cake”.

This is the first time that the city is hosting the Outernatia Song Contest.

Graphic design

The graphic design of the contest was also revealed by the RTV on 19 September 2015. The theme art comprises a parfum bottle of Chanel Chance, within it the generic Outernatia Song Contest logo featuring the Victorian flag as well as the slogan "Chance".

The many parfum was the reason to add unique umbrellas, used to introduce and protect a country.

The national public-service broadcaster for the community of Victoria RTV, asked the Zephyrian broadcaster ZTV for recapping the songs of the final.

Participants

Thirty four nations sent in their applications to participate. From the roster, Laranjeiras, Sanlyona, Tashkveny and Vaseline decided to withdraw for another reasons, meanwhile five countries debuting this edition: Caprika, DPR Jindalea, Folkloria, Huania and Porielana. Almarania and Irlandia returning after a break of 3 and 11 editions respectively.

Invitation of Porielana

The OBU announced that it had invited Porielana to participate in the contest. Although Porielana is officially not eligible to enter, as only Outernatian countries can take part, the OBU proposed the participation of Porielana as a one-off event in response to the popularity of the contest in the country.
