Asankon performed in the second semi final of [[Outernatia Song Contest 37|the 37th edition of the Outernatia Song Contest]] in the second half of the show. It was revealed that Asankon was amongst the 11 qualifiers of the Semi Final after they placed 6th in the semi final. They improved on this score in the final by getting 4th place with 117 points making them the most successful debut nation of the edition.
