Bartlett participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 42 in Alteus with the song "Say It To My Face" by Maty Noyes, selected internally by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC). It marked Bartlett's first non-qualification when it only placed 12th.
Internal Selection
BarBC has decided on internally selecting "Say It To My Face" as a "gift" to the song being on the shortlist for two editions, and the broadcaster not being able to find a time slot for a national final due to the holiday schedule.
