Republica Libera participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 11 in Ivory, Noxus. Their entry was selected through the national final We Choose..., organised by the broadcaster LRT
Sarah Riani won the national final and represented Republica Libera with the french song "Paranoiak".
We Choose...
We Choose.. was a song contest that served as Republica Libera's national final to select their entry for the Outernatia Song Contest 11. The competition was held in June 2015 in the capital city and the winner was decided by both televote and jury vote.

10 acts competed in the national final. The competing songs and artists were announced in June 2015. Both ISC and OSC members voted in the national final and the winner went on to represent Republica Libera in OSC 11

Sarah Riani performed 16th in the running order, following Auspikitan and preceding Almarania. At the close of the voting "Paranoiak" had received 101 points from 11 countries and the International Jury, placing Republica Libera 2nd of 23 competing countries. This is the country's best placing so far.
