Bartlett participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 73 in Ojibwe Creek, Kaministiquia, with the song "Bebot" by The Black Eyed Peas, internally selected by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC). This marked Bartlett's worst result in OSC, placing last in the semi-finals.

Bartlett was drawn to perform ninth in the First Semi-final, between the songs from EdvinOla and Kosma. Bartlett failed to qualify for the first time since OSC 64 with 20 points, placing last of 15 songs and marking Bartlett's worst performance in OSC.
