Bartlett participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 46 in Wyverncliff, Alteus with the song "Turn Up The Fire" by Nova Miller, internally selected by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC). It qualified for the Final where it placed fifth.
BarBC has decided to go for an internal selection for the third consecutive time, eventually deciding on sending "Turn Up The Fire" by Nova Miller.

Semi-final
Bartlett was drawn to perform 17th in the Second Semi-final, between the songs from Gandhara and Kaministiquia. It qualified for the Final, placing third with 76 points. International juries ranked Bartlett tenth.
Final
Bartlett was drawn to perform 17th in the Final, between the songs from Riya-Sampetrina and Alteus. It gave Bartlett a back-to-back fifth place finish.
