Bartlett participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 65 in Hugo Chávez City, Lettuce with the song "Spark" by Taeyeon, selected interally by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC). They qualified for the Final where they placed 14th.
BarBC has decided on an internal selection for OSC 65. "Spark" by Taeyeon was selected.

Semi-Final
Bartlett was drawn to perform fifth in the First Semi-Final, between the songs from Koalatopolous and Kharó. They qualified for the Final, placing sixth with 70 points.
Final
Bartlett was drawn to perform 13th in the Final, between the songs from Folkloria and Dagon-Azuria. They placed 14th at the end of the voting, getting 73 points.
