Initially, RTRS was going to have their National Final released as CirQuens (Circle Quest for the New Stars) for OSC 45 but due to an unresolved argument about the plans and structure, RTRS has decided to postpone it for a short period of time. Instead, they internally selected Justyna Steczkowska as their represantant.

Riya-Sampetrina was drawn 20th, placing between Dagon-Azuria and Easterosia. In the end, it failed to qualify to the final with only 37 points and 16th place but got only 1 point from the IJ.
