Riya-Sampetrina returned in the Outernatia Song Contest 38 in Ojibwe Creek, Kaministiquia with the Welsh-language song "Llyn Du" by 9Bach, selected internally by the national broadcaster Radio-Televisi Riya-Sampetrina (RTRS). It qualified to the final with 8th place and 56 points (tied with Kernow) and finished 22nd with 59 points.
Riya-Sampetrina was drawn 21st in Semi-Final 2, performing after Saónas Fe Pier. It qualified to the final with 3rd place and 64 points and ranked 19th with 8 points with the International Juries.
Final
Riya-Sampetrina was drawn 7th in the Final, performing between Folkloria and Huania. At the end of the Final, it ranked 22nd with 59 points.
