Riya-Sampetrina participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 39 in Olivepolis, Spinachia with the instrumental violin piece "Happy Valley" by Singaporean-born British violinist Vanessa Mae, selected internally by the national broadcaster Radio-Televisi Riya-Sampetrina (RTRS). It qualified to the final with 3rd place and 64 points and finished 22nd with 53 points.
Riya-Sampetrina was drawn second in Semi-Final 2, performing between Hanzyuki and Levië. It qualified to the final with 3rd place and 64 points and ranked 9th with 20 points with the International Juries.
Final
Riya-Sampetrina was drawn 11th in the Final, performing between Kaministiquia and Ponásikwa. At the end of the Final, it ranked 22nd with 53 points.
