The Outernatia Song Contest 28 was the 28th edition of Outernatia Song Contest, a spinoff of Internatia Song Contest dedicated to countries located in Outernatia. This was organized in Alteus by their local broadcaster BovineTV for the third time in the history of the contest, after Alteus won the rights to host the contest after winning the 26th edition with the hit song "Cry Wolf" sung by Luna Shadows. The contest was won by Kimmystan with the song Inside The Lines by Mike Perry ft. Casso.
