Voting system	Each country's 10 favourite songs are awarded 12, 10, then 8 through to 1 points. All participating countries in the semi-finals and final will have the right to cast points in the final.

The Internatia Song Contest 102 is the 102nd monthly edition of Internatia Song Contest. The contest was declared to be held in Vuirai, Valdron, after the first time winners of the 100th edition, Fierce, who did it with the song "Moi... Lolita" by Alizée, declined hosting, and so did the second placer Bitland.
