Voting systemEach country's 10 favourite songs are awarded 12, 10, then 8 through to 1 points based on the votes of the population of each country. All participating countries in the semi-finals and final will have the right to cast points in the final.

The Internatia Song Contest 133 is the 133rd monthly edition of Internatia Song Contest. The contest is held in Layal, Asankon; after the country achieved its third win in the contest's 130th edition with Blanca Paloma and her song "Plumas de nácar".

This edition saw the roster return of two nations: Chruno and Lahna. Chruno have originally vowed to return to the roster ever since seeing Luzze win for the six times, challenging their own 6 win status that they reached in their first ISC run before ending up accumulating 3 strikes in a 10 edition window. Lahna returned after a relatively short break that was kicked in after sending a song late to edition 129, since they immediately jumped back in to the Waiting List after falling out, and various countries not voting kept dropping in the Waiting List, further advancing Lahna fast enough to come back. Nicolas' Neighbour also came back after an edition's break.

Pots

All of the participating countries were split into five pots, based on the voting history of those countries in previous editions. From these pots, half (or as close to half as was possible) competed in the first semi-final. The other half in that particular pot competed in the second semi-final.

The host nation,  Asankon (Pot 5) was exempt from the semifinal draw.

The pots were drawn by the broadcaster of  Enot'ebia, RME. They are as follows:
