Bartlett participated in the Internatia Song Contest 79 in Kazelmin, Dulcet Ebullience, with the song "Yuzurenai Negai" by Naomi Tamura, internally selected by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC). It failed to qualify for the Final, marking Bartlett's first non-qualification in ISC.
Internal Selection
BarBC has decided that the song for ISC 79 will again be chosen thru internal selection. It was revealed to be "Yuzurenai Negai" by Naomi Tamura.
At ISC 79
Semi-final
Bartlett was drawn to perform 9th in the First Semi-final, between the songs from Pen Island and Lost Islands. It only placed 19th in the Semi with 53 points, failing to qualify for the Final.
