Kimmystan will participate in the Internatia Song Contest 46. Their entry was planned to be selected by the Kimmystani broadcaster KimmiTV (KTV) using a joint NF called "Unity Fest" which will be held together with the broadcasts from Frostfall, Gandhara, the Land of Jhe Freeh, and Raingate. The winner of the NF was set to represent Kimmystan in the Internatia Song Contest 46, while the 2nd place will take part in Internatia Second Chance Contest 27. But on February 22 the broadcaster confirmed that they will be sending the Unity Fest entrant only to Internatia Second Chance Contest 27 while selecting a song internally for the 46th edition of Internatia Song Contest.

Kimmystan will compete in one of the two Semi Finals.

There will be 5 countries competing in this edition; previous entrants Gandhara, Jhe Freeh, Kimmystan and Raingate, and debuting nation Frostfall will compete for the first time. Winning song from Kimmystan will compete in Internatia Second Chance Contest 27.
