Huania participated in the Internatia Song Contest 36 held in Tlahuilco, Tonallán. Huania was represented by the song "Beautiful Alien" performed by Darude and AI AM, which failed to qualify from the first semi final, placing 17th with 41 points there.

Internal selection

Huania selected the song "2080-luvulla" by Sanni internally and sent it to the Tonalláni broadcaster Tevellán. However, Huania changed their entry some days later and sent "Beautiful Alien" by Darude and AI AM instead, but later "2080-luvulla" took part in the Huanian national selection for the Internatia Song Contest 37 and was sent to the Internatia Second Chance Contest 20 resulting a 4th place there.

At the contest

Huania performed as a 16th act in the 1st semi-final, resulting a 17th place with 41 points, and therefore failing to qualify for the final.
