Huania participated in the Internatia Song Contest 45 held in Kinzeropolis, Leshia. Huania was represented by the song "Colors" performed by Eric Saade, placing 5th with 80 points in the second semi final, and 3rd with 157 points in the Final.

Internal selection

Huania selected their entry internally. Huanian national broadcaster HRiT announced on February 10th 2016 that Vennu Mallesh will represent Huania in the Internatia Song Contest 45 with the song "It's My Life What Ever I Wanna Do" but the entry was changed some days later.

At the contest

Huania performed as a 6th act in the 2nd semi-final, resulting a 5th place with 80 points, and and as a 12th act in the final, resulting a 3rd place with 157 points there.
