Organised by the [[Internatia Broadcasting Union]]. Eight countries participated, with each of them performing one songs. Katzenjammer won the contest for Territrius with the song "Hey, Ho, On the Devil's Back", beating host country, Spirevo by 4 points. Tashkveny was disqualified for not presenting their votes, had it voted, it would have ended in TOP 5.
