Congratulations: 20 Editions of the Internatia Song Contest will be a television programme organised by the Internatia Broadcasting Union (IBU) to commemorate the Internatia Song Contest's twenty anniversary and to determine the Contest's most popular entrant of its twenty editions. The host and format of contest, as well as participating countries is yet to be determined.[1]
