Details of Selection
RTVRA organised a National Final called AonachFest in order to determine the representative for the ISC 13 in Siegeslinde, Spirevo. Six songs competed in the final, and the voting comprised of 50% SMS voting by the public and 50% Jury Voting.
Jury Voting:
The Jury Voting comprised of a 5 member jury from 13 Internatia nations that observed each performance and voted on their favourites.
Televoting:
As 12, 10 & 8 points were awarded to each song and the voting is 50% Televoting and 50% Jury Voting, the percentage of the televote that each song obtained was converted to points. The number that the percentage will be of is 390.
This is the same format as the televoting points in the Melodifestivalen final.
450,000 votes were cast.

ISC 13 Result
The favourite of both the televoting and jury vote was Tamar Kaprelian and the song 'New Day'. She performed in the first semi-final in Siegeslinde, coming 7th and qualifying Aonach to the final for the second year in succession. In the final, she came a disappointing 19th.
