Bartlett participated in the Internatia Song Contest 88 in Slag, Noxus with the song "I Am" By Club Yoko, selected via BASIC, organized by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC). They qualified for the Final where they placed 18th overall.
BarBC announced that Bartlett Assembly of Songs for International Competitions (BASIC) would return for ISC 88, despite having just participated in Trinity NF. Five songs were selected to compete, with the winner to be selected from votes by international juries. At the end of the voting, "I Am" by Club Yoko was selected as Bartlett's entry.

Bartlett was drawn to perform 18th in the Second Semi-Final, between the songs from Aonach and Tashkveny. They qualified for the Final for only the fourth time, placing sixth with 73 points.
Final
Bartlett was drawn to perform 24th in the Final, between the songs from Bubblique and Kimmystan. They placed 18th overall with 109 points, getting 12 points from Kox-Zoeteweij and Nicolas' Neighbour.
