Congratulations: 25 Editions of the Internatia Song Contest is a television programme organised by the Internatia Broadcasting Union (IBU) to commemorate the Internatia Song Contest's twenty-fifth anniversary and to determine the Contest's most popular entrant of its twenty-five editions. The host and format of contest, as well as participating countries were already announced.[1]

The bidding process to host the first Congratulations contest was officially launched on 8 broadcasters announced their intention to bid:

Pebbleland's oldest and second-largest city, Pebble City has been chosen as the bidding host by PBC due to it's more central location within the entire continent of Internatia, as the broadcaster felt that such an event should be hosted in one central city where all the nations can come together. The slogan is a very simple reflection of the 25th edition being the Silver Anniversary of the Internatia Song Contest.

PBC feel confident that hosting the Congratulations event will not be too difficult having already had experience of all the hard work and organisation that goes into hosting ISC. They promise to deliver a fun retrospective of the past 25 editions that will bring happy memories to all as well as pit the greatest ISC entries against each other in the biggest battle yet. They also promise that in preparation for the event, PBC will perform an extensive survey with the other broadcasters of the IBU as to how the format of the show should best be done, with a number of options to choose from.

Kenzo  Stylé Vogue Prime Channel (VPC) Runner-up

The city of Kenzo, is located at the metropolitan area of The State Capital District of Vogue. It's among one of the key satellite urban regions surrounding the capital center of Vogue. It's also known in the country as 'the city of flowers'. Therefore, the official logo of our bid for hosting 'the congratulations edition of ISC 25' is consisted of four different flowers represents four seasons of Kenzo's beautiful landscapes metaphorically. They are Plum blossom, Orchid, Bamboo, Chrysanthemum. The Bombax House has just been recently built at the riverside of Kenzo and it was designed by our native-born architect Idah Ahaz. It's a beautiful and futuristic structure reflecting the best of the aesthetic style of Kenzo Culture - Harmony. The venue was specifically engineered for sound performance purpose and it's considered as one of the most advanced indoor structure built for stage and musical performance. And it has the seat capacity of 18,000. Therefore every audience would be able to sit through the entire ISC show without feeling exhausted at their feets!

Cepanka/Cepánka  Tikata /  Tonallán RTRT (Tikata), A+ (Tikata) and Tevellán (Tonallán) Winner

Cepánka, Tonallán. It's a city on the Tortucan river, which serves as the border between Tonallán and its western neighbor, Tikata. Cepánkan natives are known for their love of nature, and the elders in this area still believe in the power of nature's gods. Both of these characteristics come from the fact that Cepánka remains a rural city, and takes full advantage of the power the Tortucan river provides. Cepánka cannot be truly experienced without taking a walk through their diverse ecosystems, and seeing the crafts made by their indigenous people. Nevertheless, modern comfort is never far away, and the Eden Hotel, near the Tikatan border is one of the most eco-friendly buildings in all of Internatia. These cities not only share their names, but also their love for music and the willingness to give Internatia one of the greatest shows ever seen by hosting the Congratulations Contest. Vote

The vote to elect the host country of the Congratulations Contest occured on the 26th and 27th of february 2014.

Everyone was invited to vote for the bid they wanted to see host the Congratulation edition: if none of the bids got more than half of the votes, the bid which received the lowest amount of votes would have been be eliminated, and another voting round would have been made with the remaining bids, and so on until one of the bids will gott more than 50% of the votes.
