| Voting system | Each country's 10 favourite songs are awarded 12, 10, then 8 through to 1 points. All participating countries in the semi-finals and final will have the right to cast points in the final. |
The Internatia Song Contest 100 is the 100th monthly edition of Internatia Song Contest. The contest is held in Mir, Faĺvarak, after their 1st victory in ISC 98 with the song "Eve lève-toi" by Mauvais Œil. The slogan of this edition will be “Flower Power” to respect to all 
Daŭlskish womans and girls from Faĺvarak, who brought independence to our country and gave peace to all of us. We are happy to share this amazing moment with you at new made city on the border between our countries, / Mir, which mean "Peace" in English.
